I just saw what is perhaps the greatest creation.
I’ve seen beautiful sunsets, yes. They are captivating.
I’ve seen fall trees, yes. They take my breath away.
I’ve seen weddings, yes. Actually yesterday I was in one.
I’ve seen a newborn baby, yes. Fresh out of the mother’s womb.
I’ve seen an old lady praise God, yes. It was absolutely wonderful.
I’ve seen children, yes. Coming to recognize the one true God.
All which are glorious.
But today, today I saw mountains.
I never knew the power of Mountains or the power of such sentences like make the mountains move. They are so captivating, so permanent, so tall. Even when life continues around them and under them they stand firm. Never shaking. Never moving.
Oh God, make me a mountain.
Help me to Stand Firm.
And be beautiful, for you.
